What does error message sc555 mean? How do I fix it?
This is on a RICOH Aficio mc3350 printer/copier
It means you have a fuser error in your copier. You need to clean or replace the thermistors in the fuser unit. After you do that on the operation panel press clear modes 1 0 7 then press and hold the clear/stop key until the display changes to an SP mode screen. Select the sp mode (top of screen) after the screen changes to a 7 or 8 option menu turn the machine off for about 1 minute and turn it back on. If you did this correctly the machine should go back to the warm up cycle and come to ready mode.
