Get your HP printer installation disk that came with it, run it in the mac(hp printers are compatible with macs) , install the program for the printer, and use the program to get the scanned photos directly from hp printer
How do I obtain software for my HP Printer for Mac?
I have an outstanding HP pinter that works fabulously, and I have been using it for many years. Not such good luck with other printers. I have used this printer on my Dell computer for a while and I have the software, but it is too old to be compatible with new computers. I need to buy the software so I can install it on my Intel Mac OS X Tiger MacBook. Also interested in printing wirelessly with Airport Express. What’s the easiest way to obtain the software? Printer is not in front of me so I can’t give you the exact model but in my memory it is an HP Photosmart Printer. Will edit exact model later, but right now some answers will be great. Thanks.
