It depends on your Monthly volume…If it is low volume any of the “office depot/Office max” copiers are very expensive to operate, and all of them will destroy you in cratridge costs quite equally. If you doing a higher volume, you should get a business grade copier that has print and scan capabilities as well as numerous other capabilities, Also they will last 10 years plus. And they are very inexpensive to operate via toner costs the office max copiers cost you about 6 cents a copy at nest, and the business grade copiers cost you about .oo3 cents per copy. could you tell me about the color laser printer, it has 1 drum anf 1 toner or 4 toners?
the reason i ask is : the printer is onsale=150 usd , but if it run out of ink, i have to buy 1 toner, or 4 toner to replace?
There are 4 toners. Cyan, Yellow, Magenta and Black. You normally only need to replace the one that has run out.
