Canon or HP?
I’m looking for an entry-level monochrome laser printer; there’s the HP 1018, and the Canon LPT2900, both have the same specs and the same price; so which should I get??
BTW, the Canon salesman told me that the printer uses the exact same toner cartridge as HP’s printer.. did he lie?

i go with with HP because lately HP has been doing much better than Cannon.
a long time ago, canon was better, but until hp photosmart series came out, banned i’ts the best.
Long term INK, hp last way long than canon,
i had 2 Lasers and my canon only lasted about 4 month of regular usage and the ink cost more than hp, so i got fet up with and bought a HP, it cost less(color toner) than canon and it last longer. it’s been 8 month and it still only half way.
also HP has a faster ink drying than canon

yes it’s cheap but have you look at the inks, i’ts so $$$$
i used to buy that Z60 and the printer cost 30 and the ink cost 40. so i would just buy new printers since it came with ink already XD
if you look at the Lemarks ink for both laser/inkjet, they are expensive compare to theirs. thats how they market!
