In the disney film snow white what style dress is it.?
I am super curious about what time period or dress does snow white wear in the disney version her yellow skirt blue bodice and puff sleeves and cape and wears a red ribbon. Cinderella is very victorian 1800s inspired to everything from her french twist to cinderellas the stepmothers and stepsisters bustles and the princes epaulets so sleeping beauty is late medieval or Renaissance and beauty and the beast is 18th century inspired so does snow white were a Bavarian dress or what I know the movie takes place in austria or germany but what kind of dress does she wear.
It looks like 15th or 16th century Europe to me.
Has anyone seen the film/movie “The White Ribbon”?
What are your opinions on it? I have been told (by my friends in Germany) that it is a great film, and so I was going to buy it. But reading reviews I saw a lot of mixed feelings towards to the film. One person would say “Great film” the next would say “Boring, wasted 2 hours of my life”. What are your thinkings? Should I get it, or not?
