What color of lip liner would combine well with a delicate light matte pink lipstick?
I want to learn as much as I can about it. What type is the best to get? I am caucasion, (I have big lips too), are there certain ways to apply it so as to enhance the look overall? That would be lovely!

What are the steps when applying makeup on my face?
I know that these are several steps when apply make up onto your face to get flawless looking skin. Someone please explain to me in what order I should apply liquid foundation, powder foundation, matte, concealer, toner, and any other steps involved.
MY FACE:
I don’t use Blush
I currently only use liquid foundation from L’Oreal, nothing else.
I have moderate acne on my forehead and inner cheeks
To keep my acne at bay, I use Proactive
What should my everyday face makeup routine be to cover up my acne and enhance my clear skin? Do I have to use all the products mentioned above? And I don’t want to have to buy really expensive things such as Bare Minerals. Only Make up sold in drug stores, like Walmart, Fred Meyers and Rite Aid
some say loreal’s bare naturale foundation is better than bare minerals.
foundation, then concealer, if your concealer is the same color as your skin. if not, then concealer then foundation. liquid and powder foundation together is really a lot of coverage and cake, especially using makeup thats not from a high end brand. you should be using your liquid and then translucent setting powder to mattify your face. or just powder foundation.
