Dell Printer Cartridges A960 Question
My is only printing in black and blue.?
I take out the ink cartridges and put them back in then it will print off a piece of paper that is suppose to have every color but it only has blue and a black line at the top. Whenever I try to print something from my computer it just sends the paper through. After the paper is out it says error on the printer and tells me there is an alignment problem and to remove the strips on the ink cartridges which I have already removed. I am using a Dell AIO Printer A960 and I just got new ink cartridges. I would appreciate it if anyone could help me out or give me a link to a website that can tell me the problem.
Well, you may need to contact with the printer’s manufaturere customer support for this issue. Otherwise, you may try to put a new cartridge for the printer and lets see what happen.
