Prohibit Printing of Emails? – Opolis Makes it Possible!
Who has not been in this situation yet? – You send an email to someone, but then want to ensure that this message is not printed and then shared with somebody else. So, you also may want to block copying and forwarding of the message. – Or, even if the message were – if allowed to do so – printed the original source of the email message could be tracked down.
Standard email providers do not have features with which the sender can actually decide what the recipient is allowed to do with a message. Hence, the sender entirely relies on the recipient that an email is not printed and further distributed. That is especially relevant for confidential information. – Equally, with standard email providers the sender will have to trust the recipient that the message is not copied or forwarded to and then shared with somebody else. Especially if certain individuals should never have seen the content of the message.
The first established secure email service provider which is actually allows the sender to prohibit any printing of messages is Opolis Secure Mail (http://www.opolis.eu).
Opolis was developed to optimally serve customer needs in regards to secure email and document messaging: All messages and attached documents are point-to-point encrypted in a fully integrated service and can therefore not be read by unauthorized individuals. Opolis emails are sent without delay. And, the sender can monitor and follow the entire path of a message and therefore immediately sees if and when the recipient has opened the mail and the attached document.
Before sending any Opolis message the sender decides if and how the recipient can further process a message: Just with a mouse-click the sender chooses whether the recipient may copy, print, respond to or forward a message or not. And, if printing were allowed, then a QR code is automatically attached to each print out so that the source of the document can be easily tracked down.

How can I copy/print a pdf file i bought online?
i bought an ebook online and now i want to copy it to Word or print it, but it doesn’t let me copy or print, how can i copy or print this file?
Double click on it. Either Adobe Reader or some other PDF reader program will bring up your ebook. Then go to top down menu “File” and print from there.
Copying contents of PDF file to other application is not that easy. Because PDF file is designed for distribution; meaning its format is not designed for editing. Consider PDF file is not editable. Of course, there are always ways to edit it. But not with any conventional way.
